Session Fees & Payment Information

Session Fees: Transparent and Affordable Care

At Clear Connection Counseling, we value clarity and transparency in our financial arrangements. To ensure that you can focus entirely on your therapeutic journey, we have established straightforward pricing for our services.



Standard Session Rates:

  • 60-Minute Counseling Session: $100

Each session is designed to provide you with a full hour of dedicated and focused attention to work through your concerns and reach your personal and therapeutic goals. We believe in offering a fair rate for the expert care and commitment we provide.




Late Cancellation / No Show Policy


We recognize that unexpected medical issues or unavoidable conflicts may occasionally necessitate last-minute appointment cancellations or rescheduling. However, such cancellations can leave counseling session times unused, which could have been utilized by other clients in need. Therefore, it's important that you attend all your scheduled counseling sessions, including initial intake appointments. Clear Connection Counseling enforces the following Late Cancellation / No Show policies specifically for counseling services:

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you are required to call NO LATER THAN 24-BUSINESS-HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment (Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered business days). You will be charged half the provider’s self-pay rate, up to $50) for appointments cancelled with less than 24-business-hours notice.
