About

Hello, I'm Edwin Rivera

I’m Edwin Rivera Jr., a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve meaningful growth. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University.

In addition to Clear Connection Counseling, I work as a department manager at an outpatient clinic, overseeing operations and ensuring clients receive high-quality care. Previously, I served as a Day Program Therapist, working with adolescents and teens in a partial hospitalization setting. These experiences have strengthened my skills in case management, program leadership, and therapy.

My approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and blends validation with meaningful change. I collaborate with clients to identify goals, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and replace ineffective behaviors with healthier alternatives.

I’m here to provide a supportive and empowering environment where you can take the next step toward the life you want.
